Summer Care

Dear Parents/Guardians,                                                                       

We are so excited that you are considering Holy Souls Extended Care (HSEC) for your child’s summer care needs. 

  • Our age range includes children that will be entering Kindergarten through those entering 6th grade in the 2018-2019 school year.  A copy of birth certificate and shot records are required for all non-Holy Souls students.
  • Registration is available online. (CLICK HERE) Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your child's enrollment in the summer care program.
  • Costs include a $25 registration fee and a $150 activity fee; both fees are due when you register.  The weekly tuition is $135 for Holy Souls students and $145 for non-Holy Souls students.  The daily/drop-in tuition is $35 for Holy Souls students and $45 for students not attending Holy Souls School. Payments are made through the FACTS account for Holy Souls students.  If you do not have a FACTS account payments are due Monday of each week you are attending.
  • Our hours of operation are 7:30 until 5:30. There is a $1 per minute fee for late pick-ups. The first day for our program will be Monday, June 4th.  We will be closed July 4th in observance of the Independence Day.  Our last day for summer care will be Tuesday, August 14th.
  • The check in/out desk will be in the Allen Center front lobby.  It is a licensure requirement from the Department of Human Services that children be signed in and out by a responsible party.
  • We provide two snacks with milk or juice daily for your child, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. 
  • You will need to provide lunch for your child. There will be milk or juice available at no cost to you. 
  • The summer field trips; include swimming and bowling for 1st – 6th graders,  visits to the Little Rock Zoo, Jump Zone, and Chuck E. Cheese for Kindergarten -3rd graders and Wild River Country, Playtime Pizza, and skating for  4th – 6th graders. Our field trip transportation is provided by Arrow Bus Line. More detailed information on field trips will be available closer to summer break.
  • Team sports, STEM activities, arts, crafts and other activities will fill your child’s day.  Electronic games or music players are only allowed on Fridays.  No Shopkins, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, or other trading cards are allowed.
